Franklin Forest Products (FFP) is a wood processing company located on the West Coast of Vancouver Island in BC, Canada. Shift Energy Group was contracted to help FFP lower their BC Hydro energy bill. By completing an LED lighting retrofit, paired with the installation of advanced daylight and occupancy controls, it’s resulted in a significant reduction to their BC Hydro bills.
Additionally, we provided the option to finance the entire cost of the project with the energy savings from the project – resulting in immediate positive cash flow for the Franklin Forest Products.
